Starting 1 June 2021, Artorial will be located at Boat Quay, 13A Lor Telok Singapore 049026! Neighbours to Killiney at Boat Quay. This is to be closer to our clients and to be at the heart of the action in the CBD area. We used to be located in the quaint area bounded by Lavender and Jalan Besar, surrounded by cafes and eateries, we stood out by offering bespoke tailoring services. Right now we are located within the Central Business District for the convenience of the majority of our clients to offer the best bespoke experience in town! Visit us during your lunch or coffee break for a tune up or just to pick up a new suit or shirt. Still helmed by the same team that has more than a decade of combined tailoring experience, we remain rooted in sartorial tradition but fearlessly innovative, Artorial is on the mission to introduce the exciting world of bespoke tailoring to all, one client at a time. Our clientele cuts through borders and hail from all corners of the world. They are generally already accustomed to bespoke tailoring but are usually saddled with an unforgiving schedule. Artorial understands that time is money and we appreciate that our clients are unlikely to have the luxury of visiting a shop for fabric selections and fittings. Thus our raison d’être is to accommodate our clients’ schedule as best we can, to exchange time spent on traveling into time spent on selecting the look, fabric, cut and colour. The price of dressing well may seem high, but the cost of dressing badly is truly unimaginable. Client satisfaction is only the beginning. Artorial, where dressing is an art.
How we work?
Book an appointment to see us for styling, fabric selection, measurement taking, body configuration etc. No obligations, you have every right to not engage us if we do not meet your standard of service. Over at Artorial, we try our utmost to provide the best bespoke experience. We will work together to create a suit exclusively for you.
You’ll be fitted by the same tailor who take your measurements. Let us know how you feel while wearing the basted garment at the fitting stage. From there, we can further improve the fit. If there’s minimal alteration, we will proceed to completion with the lining for the final fit. However, if there are major alterations (very unlikely), we will fit a 2nd time. Many customers will think that the more fittings the merrier, that is not true! Why do we need to fit so many times if the 1st fit is already good?
The whole process will take about two weeks, depending on the number of fittings required. Let us know if you need your suit urgently for an event, you’re too busy, forgot the timeline etc (life happens) we can make special arrangement to expedite the process (but try not to). We want to pour the most amount of craftsmanship into every piece. In order for you to look your best, time will be needed. The construction and completion process require a lot handiwork, which should not be rushed.
